So, here’s the deal –  you figure out cold fusion and you get a brand new apple green laptop.  Pretty sweet deal, right?  For more information you can go HERE.

But I think I’ll probably be saving up to build one of THESE LCD projectors for a little less than $100.

Also check out THIS simple Instructable on how to fashion THE most sensible shoes ever.

Insects and Interior Design

So, I finally got a job!  The kind that pays money.  3 days a week, 36 hours – which means I’m not cutting into the apprenticeship too much and I’m still able to make jewelry.  On top of all of that I still had time to go to the Cabin for 2 days with Sam and relax.  I also still have time to learn about ants.    Not only is this a pretty interesting article, but I think I plan to one day use this picture to wallpaper my kitchen.

Juan's Machines - Shawn Barber

Juan's Machines - Shawn Barber

I stumbled apon Shawn Barber’s work today, and no, it was not whilst googling “masterbating nun” or “Kat Von D naked”, although those searches would have led me right to it.  I love his series on tattooed people, it’s weird to see so many familiar faces in those portraits and it makes me wonder… are these names household names now?  Does my mom know who Bob Tyrell is?  I hope so.

At least someone is doing something fun.

After a fun few days of  ?foodpoisoning?, I’m back at the shop!  Mopping floors and cleaning tubes…  and surfing the web.  I LOVE THIS.
